Cancellation Policy

To cancel your class, please contact me at least 1-hour in advance. I have a 1-hour class cancellation policy. You must cancel at least 1-hour prior to your class. Class credits, memberships and absence from classes are non-refundable. Late cancellation penalty: For limited class credit holders (drop ins, class pass), late cancellation will result in the loss of the class credit. No-show penalty and late cancellation will result in a $5.00 fee. I can not be responsible for no-shows due to late arrival, and the penalty will still apply. Please arrive for class early or on time. Class Passes are non refundable, non-extendable, and non transferable to other persons. They are subject to time limits. Always check your expiration date before and after your purchase.
