Yoga Practice #1: Reclining Cross-Legged Pose (Supra Svastikasana), for five minutes a day (or every other day). The purpose of this pose is essentially to create space in your body, opening up the pelvis, the abdomen, and the chest. Your chest is supported, lifts the mind and brings the mind into a quiet space offering an energizing and quieting stillness.🙏🏽❤️🧘🏽♀️
