Trusting Leadership

Praise God the Father, Abba, that through our Savior Jesus and the Holy Spirit we have a new opportunity today to do something greater than what we were able to do yesterday.

Today, I am choosing to lead by setting a good example for my children and the world around me by sharing how I feel that I can show up as a good human and a trusting leader.

When is the last time that you have truly paused and listened intently? Lead today with time to listen and truly relate to situations and circumstances of those around you, no matter how great, small or unfamiliar.

Lead today with compassion, confidence, faith, humility, integrity, ethics, maturity, and resilience.

Lead without judgment. We do not know what the other person is going through, no matter what words have been spoken or have not been spoken.

Be trustworthy, having strong core values of when to hold yourself accountable. Try to see the positive in all of life’s stepping stones as lessons for guided wisdom.

Lead with faith, see the glass half full with hope and possibly a none judgmental lens even when life throws you a curveball.
