JOURNEY!
Tapping into your inner silence is golden. Stilling your mind, feeling into the flow of your breath, is a beautiful gift that we can sometimes take for granted. Exhale fully. Take a few deep breaths at your own pace. Allow your breath to settle into a slow, natural rhythm. If it feels okay in your body, gently allow yourself to be present in the moment you are in.
